WARNING: IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION.
RISK OF HEARING DAMAGE OR LOSS. Never force anything into your ear and/or ear canal. Doing so may result in serious permanent injury to your ear drum and/or ear canal and could lead to temporary and/orpermanent loss of hearing. If used at high volume and/or for an extendedperiod of time, ear buds may cause temporary and/or permanent hearing loss. It is generally recommended that to protect your hearing, you should:
- Limit the amount of time that you use your ear buds at high volumes.
- Avoid turning up the volume of your ear buds to block out noisy surroundings.
- Turn the volume of your ear buds down if you can’t hear people speaking to you.
When using ear buds for an extended period of time, you may begin to adapt to the higher volume of sound, resulting in your perception that the volume is normal when it actually is loud enough to damage your hearing. You should set the volume of your ear buds to a safe sound level before that happens. Safe sound levels vary from device to device and so you should consult and comply with the instructionsand/or warnings provided to you by the manufacturer of the device with which you attempt to use these ear buds. You never should use these ear buds without first knowing the safe sound level for the device to which you are attaching the earphones. The louder that the volume is played through your ear buds, the less time is required before your hearing may be affected. If you experience ringing in your ears and/or speech begins to sound muffled, discontinue use of your ear buds immediately and have your hearing checked.
DO NOT USE these ear buds when operating a motor vehicle and/or any other machinery, or where the inability to hear outside sounds may present a danger to you and/or others.
